Pecan Butter Mix
is a rich but delicate topping for fish, chicken, or veal.
Quick and easy to prepare, your guests will think you spent the
day in the kitchen. Makes 4 servings.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in a saucepan.
Add 1¼cup cream or whole milk and entire contents of Pecan Butter Mix.
Blend well and heat over low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Serve sparingly over baked, broiled or grilled fish or chicken.
If sauce becomes too thick, stir in small amounts of
water until desired consistency is reached.
